I hate this company

what happened is i called them up telling them I'm going through a divorce and i need my account locked because she has been draining me of all my money for the last 2 months. They told me were locking the account now and three days later 400$ was taken out by my wife. I called them back up and they told me, that's weird it says in the notes it's locked but it isn't. So then they said sorry for your inconvenience were locking it now!! WTF I told them i need that money back and they said they would get back to me. A month and a half later they tell me that you need to file a police report and that's all i can do. I'm sorry you couldn't have told me that earlier like when i told you. So after all the i told them i need a new card sent to me. A month and a half later or more i get a call from them telling me were not sending you your card were giving you a refund check of the money in your account. WTF That's not what i asked for i told them. Words were said and i didn't get anywhere with them. I finally get a check from them and i go to cash it and the check has been closed out. WTF OMG I call them back up and they tell me that they sent me another check as of yesterday. So now i have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get another check. I hate this company and wish it would go up in flames.

Do Not Apply for a MPower debit card

My debit card ahs never left my side but somehow the UK was able to make 4 transactions totaling up to 150.00 and they told me that they cannot stop the transaction and that it would take 45 days to get my money back. What great customer service that is, really 45 days. I was hot!!! It took 3 months just to get my sign up bonus and that is becuase I had to send 5-8 emails complaining. I would never refer anyone to MPower debit card sevices, what a rip-off!!! RUN PROTECT YOURSELF DONT DO IT!!!!!

take a look at the cardholder's agreement (a.k.a. Terms & Conditions) and you will see the answers to your questions.

anyone who is complaining now about the card is just plain s-t-u-p-i-d for not reading the fine print firsthand.

a prepaid debit card company has fairly similar processes compared to a traditional financial institution. if there is a problem, the usual culprit is not the card but the *** who uses it.

The irs deposited my refund on the card and i never got it they told me it could take several weeks for me to get it ...

im very upset..they give me the run around

IS THIS FOR THE MANGO PREPAID DEBIT CARD? im having problems trying to find other complaints with them since its a brand new company and would appreciate any information or what not if you are talking abou the prepaid card. thanks
